Storage is shared capacity, not a document size limit. Maximum size per document is being finalized for each plan. Current uploads have format and route limits; check the upload flow. Buying more total storage does not raise a document-size limit.
Public views are a delivery allowance. The planned public-view pool covers world-shared visits from people who are not owners, members or named recipients. HTML and Markdown use one unit; stored files use one per started 512 KiB. Repeat visits are deduplicated and known bots are excluded.
Estimate the planned monthly organization price. Agents share your organization’s capacity and never add human member fees.

Talk to usUse Personal for your own Library and sponsored agents. Choose an organization when work should belong to a shared workspace with human memberships, teams, policies and pooled capacity. Personal capacity does not transfer into an organization.
Start free and add capacity in monthly $5 steps. The preliminary target is 500 more documents, 5 more agents, 1 GiB of storage and 10,000 public-view units per step. This is a recurring capacity subscription, not a charge based on actual usage. Current paid limits differ and are shown before following the billing link.
Agents are never billable human seats. A human sponsor is responsible for a personal agent and its content; sponsored agents use that sponsor’s shared capacity. Organization agents use their organization’s pooled capacity. Member fees cover admitted people; pending invitations are not seats.
Business and Enterprise are intended to verify domain ownership with a DNS record, require company SSO and let colleagues join on their first sign-in (JIT). Verification setup is in preview. Exclusive domain lock and personal-account transitions are planned separately; verifying a domain does not move personal accounts.
EU and US region choice is planned for all hosted plans. Region choice concerns where new content is placed; it does not move existing content or promise that all account data and external services stay in one region.
For Personal, add a monthly capacity step when you need more room. New content and changes that need more capacity stop at the limit; reading and freeing up space remain possible. Public-view limits and their grace pool are planned. Organization plans are designed to stop new growth by default, with optional monthly capacity blocks and a spending cap. Those organization allowances and controls are not active in the preview. Maximum size per document is being finalized for each plan. Current uploads have format and route limits; check the upload flow. Buying more total storage does not raise a document-size limit.
The intended service is docs and community Discord support for Personal and Team, and a private best-effort Discord channel for Business. Enterprise adds a planned response-time SLA; its response times and terms are not final. Self-hosted or Dedicated support is agreed separately.
